PRESS REPORT
Lothlorien Peacefestival 2015

The third international and multi-cultural peace festival will take place at Centre Lothlorien, Foulain, North-East France, from September 5 thru 12

Participants from all over the world will share their vision on peace in ceremonies, workshops, music and personal interaction.

A festival for people who want to meet each other from the heart and want to share their search for inner peace. World peace starts with personal peace.

Among our guests are several shaman. They will direct ceremonies from their own tradition. Most special about this little festival is that shaman meet each other and keep sharing the message: "you do it your way, I will do it may way, but in essence we are ONE". They experience the festival as a strengthening of their ways by meeting Elders who share their wisdom and vision from a different cultural background. The friendships that are created by the visits to Lothlorien are experienced as extremely valuable. They support each other in their mission to increase awareness in this world.

…………….You may say I'm a dreamer…………….

Lucas Slager is very passionate about the dream of the third festival. In the spirit of John Lennon, he promotes peace in his daily live, with the festival as the highlight.

Because of his drive, a very good relationship with the town has materialized. Peace starts in his vision with your own environment. That is why, during the weekend, there are also programs in the town of Foulain. From Monday thru Friday, all activities are at Centre Lothlorien.

We keep the festival to a limited scale, so special meetings are common and you feel the connection during ceremonies, workshops, shared diners and dancing along to the music.

Thanks to the open invitations from Lucas Slager and Fredy Wamelink, we have the following returning participants:
- Francisco Quiroga and Nasly (Colombia), they will perform a ceremony in the Maya tradition.
- Pinky More (India), she will do daily, tradition Indian Yoga.
